Every effort has been made to simplify your ordering either by mail, internet, phone, or fax. Most figure numbers indicates the page of the item to be ordered. To fill your orders quickly and efficiently, it is essential that the figure number, product size and finish always be specified.

Claims for shortage must be made within 5 days after receipt of shipment.
Our merchandise is guaranteed against any manufacturing defects, and will be replaced at no charge when returned to us prepaid. Claims for labor, cartage or consequential damages will not be allowed.

The use of original manufacturer’s names are solely for identification purposes, and not to imply that parts are original equipment.
